For over 12 years, Frank has expertly managed the PSA Insurance portfolio to offer tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of medical and dental professionals.
Frank’s qualifications include a Degree in Political Science and a Diploma in Insurance Broking, giving him the unique ability to navigate the intersection of political science and insurance. His knowledge and experience bring valuable strategic insights, and a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks to the decision-making processes.
Kristine Thomson

Kristine is a highly versatile and dedicated professional with over 11 years of experience in the medical industry, specialising in Emergency Department Triage, trauma call management, and hospital coordination.
Her medical experience, diverse skill set, and qualifications bring valuable organisational, communication and problem-solving skills to her role. Kristine possesses a Certificate IV in Business Administration and a Tier 2 accreditation in Insurance and Broking. She is currently strengthening her insurance expertise by gaining a Tier 1 qualification.
