- monitoring the progress of your claim at all times, and
- ensuring all claims decisions are correct and settlements are accurate.

How to make a claim

Start by completing our online claims notification form or contacting us.

Please fill out the online claims form so that we can get your claims process moving. It's simple and takes less than 10 minutes. Your PSA Insurance Specialist will contact you when they receive your form.

PSA has been looking after my surgery insurance cover for years. We were severely flooded last week with extensive damage and destruction of our carpet. I felt amazingly cared for by the PSA team - the emergency response team came out that day and spent the night sucking out water and eventually removing the unsalvageable carpet. All the organisation, forms, liaising with the underwriters, organising the carpet company to replace my carpet and general support was done by the PSA team. They fully understand the needs of a medical practice e.g. the importance of keeping functional, the need for repairs to be done after hours so not to interfere with patient care etc.
